DZYN Builds is a family-owned custom home builder led by Carson and Hillary Call, based in Highland, Utah. Since 2019, the focus has been the relationship between thoughtful design, careful construction and the way a home feels to live in.

Your architect stays central

A considered home deserves a construction partner who understands what makes the design work. Your independent architect leads the architectural design; Carson coordinates construction planning and trade input; Hillary and DZYN Fusion Studio coordinate interiors, materials and selections.

Understand the intent. The proportions, sightlines, material transitions and details the architect and client want to preserve.
Make the questions visible. Site conditions, pricing basis, allowances, exclusions and unresolved selections, so an early budget can be assessed honestly.
Resolve with the team. Construction questions and alternatives come back with their cost, schedule and design implications before the work changes.

Before the build

Resolve the important questions, then commit to the build. A paid preconstruction engagement develops the site understanding, construction scope and pricing basis before major construction commitments.

$10,000 to $25,000 for paid preconstruction

Scope and deposit are agreed for your property, design stage and deliverables before work begins. It covers site and lot evaluation, design and constructability with your architect, and a preliminary budget with allowances, contingencies, builder fees and exclusions named.

It does not guarantee a final construction price, a permit approval or an obligation to build. Construction proceeds under a separate signed agreement.
